Bulletin – 16th November 2017

The dust has settled, and the team have been back home for a week now.  We are ever grateful for your ongoing prayers, and ask for you to continue to pray for Jimmy’s snake bite to be completely healed.  Prayers for the work of Family Homes Movement in the new building are vital at this time of transition.  A co-ordinator called James has been appointed to oversee the staffing and management of two skills centres on the school site, (one of which is the SFFLS building). There is also a lady appointed to take care of the training that will take place for the women in the SFFLS centre.  Furniture and equipment will be brought in and staff and trainees recruited.  It is an exciting time which we want to commit to prayer.

The trustees are now seeking God’s purpose for the next steps for SFFLS.  There are many possible avenues to follow, and we want to be absolutely sure that we are following His purposes every step of the way.  We continue to have ongoing costs as a charity, and always value the generous giving of our supporters.  We have been overwhelmed with God’s goodness and provision over the life of the charity, and continue to stand in trust that resources will be found as they are needed.

Thank you for your faithfulness in support and prayer for SFFLS.  It is such a privilege to share in a small part of God’s plan in Sierra Leone.  We plan to have an evening of sharing and information in the New Year.  Watch this space for more information.

Blessings
